Instruction
Cook the red lentils in the vegetable broth. Chop the carrots and leeks and add them.
The lentils are ready after a few minutes. Let them cool a little.
Add olive oil, curry, cumin, lemon juice and salt.
Off with it in the food processor alternatively works's also with the blender.
The lentil spread tastes best if you leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
