What do I need to consider apple cider vinegar for the skin?

After all, our beauty secret weapon is still about vinegar. So there are a few things to keep in mind before you treat your skin with apple cider vinegar for pimples.

Our advice:

  • Always use an organic apple cider vinegar.
  • The vinegar should be naturally cloudy.
  • The vinegar should be made from whole apples .
  • Do not take a mixture of several fruits, only pure apples.

Organic apple cider vinegar is made directly from fresh apples. Thus, it still contains the important vitamins and also trace elements.

Conventional cider is often artificially enriched and supplemented with unnecessary chemical substances.

How can I make an apple cider vinegar toner?

You can use apple cider vinegar against pimples in different ways, of course. I tried an apple cider vinegar facial toner because it seemed the easiest and quickest.

And I am thrilled. Already after a few days I noticed how my skin got better. :)

That's why I'd like to explain how you can use apple cider vinegar as a toner.

You will need 50 milliliters of organic apple cider vinegar and 50 milliliters of mineral water.

If you want to start with a little less strength, you can also use 100 to 150 milliliters of mineral water. I get along very well with the "one-to-one mixture". But that always depends on your skin type!

Put the two ingredients together in a bottle and mix them.

Dark glass bottles are best, because the mixture is so longer durable. You have already made a completely natural and very effective toner from apple cider vinegar.

And very important: Squeezing pimples is forbidden!

If you don't want to drink vinegar after all, you can also try a steam bath with apple cider. The combination of heat and apple cider vinegar is particularly effective against pimples!

The steam opens your pores. This allows the vinegar to penetrate them better. All the positive effects of apple cider vinegar can then work much better.

For the steam bath you should mix one liter of water to six spoons of apple cider vinegar each. The water should be about 80 degrees. The bath can work best if you hold your face over it for ten minutes.

You should do this no more than twice a week. Otherwise your skin will be too irritated.

Apple cider vinegar against pimples - peeling

Peelings are already a well-known remedy for skin impurities. They remove dirt and sebum and unclog pores.

Since apple cider vinegar can also rid the skin of dirt and dead bargains, it is a natural alternative to mechanical peels.

It is much gentler and stimulates cell renewal and has an anti-inflammatory effect.

For the peeling with apple cider vinegar you should simply mix organic apple cider vinegar with warm water in a bowl. Now dip a tea towel in this mixture and let it soak up well.

This soaked cloth you then put on the skin. This should have been processed before, so that the pores are open. The apple cider vinegar peeling against pimples should be left on for about five minutes. Then quickly rinse the face with lukewarm water.

You should only exfoliate like this once a week, as it's pretty intense for your skin.

Apple cider vinegar against pimples - facial tonic

My personal favorite: the apple cider vinegar facial toner.

You already know how to make it. By the way, a vinegar toner is especially good if you have oily skin.

It can bring back the glow of your skin and even help with acne. (If you have skin health problems, always see a specialist).
Clean your face thoroughly with a soap or wash cream that you like. Afterwards, you should use lukewarm water again to rinse.

Once your face is completely clean, you can apply the apple cider vinegar facial toner for pimples.

I always use cotton pads for this. Alternatively, you can twist a spray head onto your bottle and spray the mixture on.

You can easily apply the apple cider vinegar toner in the morning and in the evening. It is so diluted that it does not irritate your skin too much.
