Ingredients
 

  • 10 King prawns with shell ready to cook
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TL Olive oil
  • 1/2 Confederation Parsley
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Anleitung

  • Chop the parsley and halve the lime.
  • Drizzle the king prawns with a little olive oil and salt them very lightly.
  • Now it's off to the grill. Fry the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side. Place the limes on the grill with the cut side down.
  • Squeeze the juice of the limes into the pan with the grill tongs. add the parsley and then the shrimp.
  • Place the pan directly on the grill and let it finish cooking indirectly. After about 5 minutes, stir. So that the parsley, lime juice and shrimp mix.
