Especially in everyday life, there is often little time to eat consciously and, above all, slowly. Quickly a small snack like a chocolate bar or other nibbles in between. Lunch: the faster, the better, and preferably just in passing. Do you recognize yourself?

I cut up the fruit in the morning, put it in a box and that's it. So that it doesn't turn brown, just put a few squirts of lemon juice on top. That way you have nice little pieces for work. So the excuse with the whole apple no longer applies from now on.
