With these three recipes, fat burning gets juicy support:
Mango limo
Attention: hot!
What you need:
- 100 ml coconut water
- 1 peach
- 1/4 mango
- Lemon juice
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Add coconut water, mango, peach and lemon juice to smoothie maker. Stir in cayenne pepper at the end. Ready :)
Grapefruit basil drink
What you need:
- Grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed from 1 fruit)
- 4 basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons crushed ice
Mix the juice, basil and crushed ice until creamy. Now you prepare the "Drink yourself slim" drink with basil. Ready :)
Ginger chia drink with lime
For those who like it a little thicker and want to stay full longer, this "Drink yourself slim" drink is perfect.
What you need:
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
- Juice from 2 limes
- 1 TBSP. Chia*
Honey, water, ginger, lime juice and Chia seeds* mix together. Then place the drink in the fridge for 30 minutes.
