As exotic superfoods I use in this drink pomegranate, lemon and Cardamom*. Pomegranates and lemons are full of vitamins and minerals and have a cleansing and strengthening effect.

Cardamom* is the third most expensive spice in the world for a reason. It is a true all-rounder and promotes digestion, among other things.

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Beet
  • 1/2 Pomegranate
  • 1/2 Organic lemon
  • 300 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 EL Coconut Blossom Syrup
  • 1 TL Psyllium husks (ground)
  • 1 TL Cardamom

Anleitung

  • Peel the beet (raw) and cut it into small cubes.
  • Dissolve the pomegranate seeds, catching the juice as you go. 
  • Put the lemon zest and juice in a blender with the beet cubes, pomegranate seeds and juice, coconut milk, coconut blossom syrup, psyllium husks and cardamom.
  • Mix until a thick shake is formed. distribute it in two glasses and enjoy it sip by sip.
