For this recipe you need a powerful food processor*. Without it, it will be very difficult to chop the dates finely enough. Ground almonds*, Cocoa powder*, Flaxseed* and Organic almond paste* you can order from Amazon.
Energy Balls with dates
Ingredients
- 6 Dates ca 30 g
- 80 g Ground almonds
- 15 g Coconut flakes
- ½ EL Chopped flax seeds
- 1 TL Cocoa powder
- 2 TL Almond paste
- ½ TL Vanilla extract

- Food processor
- Bowl
Anleitung
- Put the dates in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes.
- Then you put all the other ingredients together with the dates in the food processor. If you don't have a very powerful food processor, you should roughly chop the dates in advance.
- The mixture should now be well combined and neither too solid nor too liquid. If the consistency is not right, add more ground almonds or almond paste.
- Form small balls with your hands and roll them in seeds, kernels, coconut flakes or similar.
