That is why we love Energyballs of all kinds. The recipe for the post-workout snack is absolutely uncomplicated to make. In the small protein balls is the perfect amount and combination of protein, grains and vitamin C.
Ricotta and Whey Protein provide you with a large amount of protein that grows muscles and melts belly fat.

By the way, the protein balls can be kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 days without any problems. But the post workout snack has never lasted that long with us :)

- Fine leaf oatmeal*
- Agave syrup*
- ground almonds*
- Protein powder from Foodspring*
- Chia*
- chopped flaxseed*

Lemon Ricotta Energyballs
Ingredients
- 30 g chopped oatmeal
- 80 g ground almonds
- 250 g Ricotta
- 2 TL Agave syrup
- 20 g Coconut flakes
- 20 g Vanilla Whey Powder
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 TL Lemon juice
- Raspberries or blueberries
- for rolling chia, pistachios, flaxseed or coconut flakes
Anleitung
- Mix oats, almond flour, ricotta, agave syrup, shredded coconut, protein powder, lemon juice and lemon zest in a large bowl until well combined.
- If the dough is too soft, just use more ground almonds.
- Moisten your hands with water and take about a teaspoon of the mixture. Form energy balls and put a raspberry or blueberry in the ricotta balls.
- Roll the Energyballs in Chia*, pistachio or grated coconut.

Tip: Store the energy balls with ricotta in an airtight tupperware box in the refrigerator. So they can not dry out and taste even the next few days still very tasty :)
