Ingredients
 

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 300 g Zucchini
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2-3 Stem Parsley
  • Nutmeg, salt and pepper
  • 50 ml Sour cream
  • 50 ml Cream

Anleitung

  • Chop the onion and garlic. Fry them with olive oil in a pot until translucent.

  • Add the parsley coarsely chopped. Let the soup simmer gently for 10 minutes.
