Here I present you my proven recipe.

It has several advantages: It tastes good, so it's easy to drink throughout the day, and you can find the ingredients without difficulty.

You need the following medicinal plants

1. dandelion

Dandelion is a classic liver plant. It detoxifies and regenerates your liver and revs up digestion.

Mix all the plants in equal parts and add a good tsp of the mixture to your jar per cup (200ml).

Put the lid on and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

Then filter the medicinal herbs. You can also let them float.

Herbs for weight loss

Drink at least 3 cups of herbal tea per day. Spread throughout the day. Unsweetened. For 21 days. Warm or cold.

Tip: Prepare your daily ration of herbal tea first thing in the morning and put it in a thermos.
