  • 150 g fresh chanterelles
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg
  • 2 Branches Parsley
  • 1 EL Olive oil

Anleitung

  • Clean, rinse and drain chanterelles
  • Finely dice onion
  • Beat eggs and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
