Instruction
Prepare the ingredients. Weigh them.
Drain the chickpeas.
100 g chickpeas
Squeeze the lemon.
1 tsp lemon juice
Put all the other ingredients together in the food processor. Start it on the highest setting.
500 ml soy milk,
1 banana,
30 g fine leaf oat flakes,
100 g berry mix,
2 tsp linseed,
2 tsp pumpkin seeds,
2 tbsp organic almond butter
Blend the ingredients until you get a creamy consistency. Your shake is ready.
