Cup cake vegan with liquid chocolate center
Baking a cake doesn't get any faster than this! This vegan cup cake needs only one minute in the microwave and tastes heavenly chocolaty.

Instruction
Mix together spelt flour, birch sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla.
Now add the liquid ingredients. Pour half of the batter into the cup. Now add the chocolate drops.
And then the second half of the dough. Put it in the microwave.
Since your cupcake is vegan, it only takes about a minute at the highest power in the microwave.
