Instruction
Preheat your oven to 180° top and bottom heat
Peel the sweet potato and grate it into a bowl using a vegetable grater.
300 g sweet potato
Meanwhile, melt the coconut oil in a saucepan.
100 g coconut oil
Add eggs, honey, coconut oil and cinnamon to the shredded potatoes.

4 tablespoons honey,
½ tsp cinnamon
Mix the ingredients, add cocoa powder. Now add baking powder, almond flour and coconut flour.

1 tablespoon coconut flour
Line a rectangular baking pan with baking paper or coat the pan with coconut oil. Pour the batter into it and spread it evenly.
Bake your sweet potato brownies for 25-30 minutes.
