For the date hazelnut cream you must first soak the dates. 30 minutes and lukewarm water should fit perfectly.
Blend the hazelnuts in a food processor for 10 minutes until a fine paste is obtained. In between you should stop the machine again and again and clean the mass with a kitchen scraper from the bowl wall.
Chop the dates into coarse pieces with a knife. Put the dates in a food processor. Add the oat drink and the coconut oil.
Mix the mixture until the dates are very small.
Finally, add the cocoa. Mix well again and you're done!
