Instruction
Cut the peaches into small pieces. You do not need to peel them for this.
Bring to a boil with water, cinnamon and lemon juice. If you eat the compote fresh, for that 5 minutes of cooking time is enough.
If you later fill the peach compote into jars, it should cook for at least 20 minutes.
