Instruction
Turn on the oven to 180° top-bottom heat.
Grind cashews to a fine paste in a food processor, with a blender or mortar

Heat coconut oil in the microwave until liquid. Heat honey briefly for 10 seconds until liquid.

In a bowl, mix coconut flour, chopped chocolate, eggs, vanilla bean, salt, honey, coconut oil and cashew paste.

60 g sugar-free chocolate,

1 pinch of salt,
3 tablespoons honey
Mix with the blender. Do not worry: the coconut flour quickly absorbs the liquid. The dough becomes firm!
Now form small balls with your hands and place the coconut flour cookies on the baking paper
Flatten a little with a spoon. Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
