Instruction
Melt the butter in the microwave or a pot. Important: It should not get too hot, otherwise the taste changes or it even burns!
50 g butter
Mix the butter with low-fat curd, eggs and the liquid coconut oil with a mixer.
100 g low-fat curd cheese,
4 eggs,
3 tablespoons coconut oil
Now stir protein powder and cocoa powder into the batter. Mix well.
6 tablespoons protein powder,
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
Put the batter in the waffle iron. Bake the low carb waffles until golden brown.
For a chocolate sauce, stir together some cocoa powder and liquid coconut oil. Caution: Too much cocoa tastes bitter.
