The riper the banana, the tastier the pancakes. The bananas may already have brown peels.
Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl. And keep doing this until you have a nice even mash.
1 ripe banana
Mix banana puree, egg and protein powder to a dough. This works wonderfully with a fork. You can also use a whisk for this.
1 egg, 60 gram protein powder
Basically, the bigger the egg and the riper the banana, the more runny the pancakes will be. Therefore, you may need to use even more protein powder. The batter should be thick.
If you like, you can add 2 tablespoons of mineral water. This will make the dough fluffier - but you may have to use more protein powder.

Heat oil or margarine in a frying pan. And bake the pancakes out.
