Instruction
Peel and core the papaya. Cut them into small pieces.
Put it in the smoothie maker. Add banana pieces and flax seeds. Pour in orange juice.
Blend the fruit until you get a papaya smoothie. If it's too thick for you, add a little more orange juice.
