Low carb waffles with almond flour
Instead of almond flour, you can also use very finely grated almonds. Make sure that they are not too coarse. Grated almonds are cheaper than almond flour :)

Instruction
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Beat the egg yolks until foamy, then fold in erythritol.
1 tablespoon erythritol
Weigh almond flour and coconut flour - mix them together and fold into the egg yolk. Now add the milk.
50 grams of almond flour,
30 grams of coconut flour,
100 ml milk
Scrape out the vanilla bean. Stir the vanilla pulp into the batter.
1/2 piece scraped vanilla bean
Finally, gently fold in the egg whites.
Heat the waffle iron and grease it with a little oil. Take 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter per waffle.
