Instruction
Put all the ingredients in order in a bowl.
Knead them with your fingers to form a dough. The vanilla crescent dough must rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 160°. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Bring the dough into a roll shape. Cut 1-2 cm thick slices from the dough with a knife.
Shape it with your fingers to no croissants. Caution: Do not make the ends too thin, otherwise they will darken during baking!
In the oven, the low carb vanilla crescents need 10 minutes.
