Instruction
Preheat the oven to 180° top and bottom heat.
Whip the egg whites with the powdered sugar until they form beaten egg whites.
3 egg white,
100 g erythritol powdered sugar
Gently fold in the coconut flakes. Finally, stir in the lemon zest.
250 g grated coconut
Let the dough for the low carb coconut macaroons stand for 5 minutes to allow the shredded coconut to soak up a bit.
Use a teaspoon, your fingers, or my favorite: the piping bag to form small mounds on the baking sheet.
The macaroons need only 10 minutes in the oven. When they get a little color they are already ready.
