Instruction
Wash and pit the cherries. Stir the cornstarch with half of the wine until it is well dissolved.
Put the cherries in a pot with the lemon zest, lemon juice, honey and the remaining wine.
Add cinnamon and bring to a boil. Stir in starch and simmer for three minutes. The cherry grits will now thicken a little.
Let the grits cool a bit before pouring them over the lupine flour pancakes.
