Instruction
Peel, dice and boil the sweet potato
800 g sweet potato
Dice onion and fry
1 onion
Mix sweet potato with chickpeas, masala, pepper and salt with a hand blender. Add the onions.
300 g chickpeas,
1 tsp garam masala,
½ tsp salt and pepper
Stir in the peas. Taste and season more if necessary. Fold in cornstarch.
3 tablespoons peas,
1 tablespoon cornstarch
If the dough seems too soft, use a little more cornstarch. Shape into loaves with wet hands.
Fry them with olive oil for about 3 minutes per side.
