Mash the bananas with a fork. Stir in oats, egg, baking powder and cinnamon until you have a nice creamy mixture.
300 g ripe bananas, 80 g fine rolled oats, 1 egg, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon
The blueberries come at the very end. Either stir them into the batter or place them on top of the muffins and press them into the batter with a spoon.
50 g blueberries
Line the muffin tin with paper and fill with the batter.
Bake the oatmeal muffins for 5 minutes at 200° and then turn the temperature down to 180°. After 15 minutes the breakfast muffins are ready.
