Instruction
Chop celery, carrots, leek, potato and onion.
Fry the onion in olive oil until translucent.
Pour with water. Add green spelt, root vegetables, ginger and vegetable broth.
Put the lid on and simmer for 20 minutes.
Puree the soup when the green spelt is soft. Then pour in coconut milk and season with salt and pepper.
