Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl. This will prevent lumps from forming.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Knead the ingredients into a dough - this is best done with your hands.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Flour the work surface. Divide the dough into 6-8 equal pieces.
Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin. It should be uniformly 1 mm thick in all places.
Put the wrap dough in a coated pan. Important: Do not use oil. Fry the wraps on both sides. When the batter starts to bubble, it is ready to flip. This often takes less than a minute at full temperature.
