Instruction
Cut the vanilla pod open lengthwise. Carefully scrape out the pulp of the pod and set aside.
Place yogurt in a large bowl. Mix with a hand mixer or whisk until creamy.
Gradually add the agave syrup. Then stir in vanilla extract. If you like, mix in the juice of the lemon here.
Put it in the freezer. After 1 hour, take the half-frozen mixture out again and whisk it through. And then freeze again.
Repeat this procedure 3-4 times.
In the meantime, mash the mango. Pour the mash onto the finished frozen yogurt. Yummy!
