Instruction
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with half of the birch sugar until foamy.

Scrape out the vanilla bean, add it to the egg yolks with water and the remaining sugar. Beat.

Add the liquid coconut oil to the egg yolk.

Stir cinnamon, baking powder, coconut flour and birch sugar into the egg yolk mixture.

Finally, work the coconut milk into the batter.

Fold in the foamy egg whites. If the dough seems too dry, you can add a little more coconut milk.
Divide the dough into two halves. For one half, add the baking cocoa.

Grease the cake pan. Pour one batter into the pan first. Then the other. You can choose which order you want to use.
Now pull a spike or fork through the dough a few times. This gives it a nice grain.
Bake the low carb marble cake with coconut flour for half an hour. Then do the stick test to see if the coconut cake is ready.
