Endive salad with pineapple and lemon balm
It doesn't always have to be a normal side salad. You can let off steam a bit. Try's times with pineapple and lemon balm in the salad. Harmonizes great with vegan curry.

Instruction
Wash and chop endive, radicchio and lemon balm
Dice pineapple and mix with lettuce
Season with vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Finally, sprinkle flax and chia seeds over the pineapple endive salad.
