Peel the banana and put all the ingredients in the smoothie maker. Pour with water.
1/2 banana, 1 handful of wild blueberries
Mix the ingredients until no pieces are visible.
Ready is the black detox smoothie!
Notes
I use wild blueberries because they have many more healthy ingredients than the highly cultivated berries from the supermarket. You can find them in the freezer. Of course, if there aren't any, you can use regular blueberries. Or you can replace them with blackberries.
