The best mango ice cream with coconut milk
This recipe makes half a liter of mango ice cream itself. The ice cream tastes super fruity and can also be prepared without an ice cream maker.

Instruction
Peel the mango and remove the stone. Puree the mango together with the lemon juice.
Stir in the coconut milk. Attention: This does not work with the light version! Mix coconut milk and mango until you get a creamy mass.
Heat the honey in the microwave for 15 seconds. this way it becomes liquid and can be folded in wonderfully.
Stir in lemon juice, lime zest, and shredded coconut.
Put it in the ice cream maker. The mango ice cream takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
