Instruction
Boil the bulgur with vegetable broth and lemon juice. Let it swell for 20 minutes.
Chop tomatoes, onion, bell bell pepper and cucumber. Cut the dried tomatoes into pieces.
Dice the feta and chop the parsley.
When the bulgur is lukewarm, you can add the fresh ingredients. Mix everything in a bowl.
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herb salt and finely chopped mint.
Put it in a bowl and stir well. Done!
