Alternative: water, milk
Instruction
Melt the coconut oil in the microwave or in a pot.
Peel the banana and mash it with a fork until no pieces are visible. Alternatively, you can use a blender.
Mix the oil with one egg. This works wonderfully with a whisk or fork.
Add the banana to the batter. Mix well.
Follow with the spelt flour, baking powder and the oat milk. Mix the ingredients until the dough has a good consistency.
Put the batter into the hot waffle iron with a scoop. Wait a short time and ready!
