Instruction
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Separate the pulp from the skin with a spoon.
Mash the pulp with a fork and stir in the cream cheese.
Chop the parsley very finely and stir it into the avocado as well.
Season the avocado spread with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
