A pizza dough can hardly be made easier and faster. Long leavening times, which you certainly know from yeast dough, are absent from this recipe.

Once the 4 ingredients are mixed together and shaped, it's straight into the oven for the sweet low carb pizza crust.

As befits a pizza worthy of its status, a pizza sauce must of course not be missing. For the low carb fruit pizza, a cream cheese frosting made from just 2 ingredients is ideal: it's quick to make, delicious, goes perfectly with the pizza base and with any fruit you can think of to top the sweet pizza.

  1. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead by hand to form a dough.
  2. Spread the dough in a springform pan (about 26 cm) with your hand and prick it a few times with a fork. If the dough sticks, you can simply wet your hands a little.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Remove dough from oven and loosen from springform pan.
  5. While the dough is cooling, you can add the cream cheese and the Erythritol* for the topping together in a blender and mix together.
  6. After your pizza crust has cooled, spread it with the frosting and top the sweet fruit pizza with your favorite fruits.

Have fun feasting!
