We love squats. Want some variety? Do you already know the jump squat? This exercise for the buttocks you can easily do at home.

What is special about the jump squat

Jump squats? Never heard of them before? Neither have we! We came across it by chance and tested the exercise for you. This exercise for the buttocks also trains your legs, makes you sweat and makes your heart beat faster. Especially in the morning you can get your circulation going.

So, the jump squat is not for those who prefer to take it easy. If you do this workout in the apartment, you need a training mat. Otherwise, your neighbors might take offense :)

If it is nice and warm outside, a park is also suitable for the squat. In no case should you do without good footwear. Training shoes protect your joints and you can not bend.

I prefer to do the exercise on soft grass. That's easier on the knees.
