  • 1 tea bag turmeric tea
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
  • 300 ml almond milk (alternatively oat or spelt milk)
  • 1 TBSP. Coconut blossom sugar* (Alternatively Agave syrup* or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp virgin Coconut oil*
  • A little nutmeg
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch Cinnamon*

Golden milk preparation:

If you want to make your own golden milk, you must first make a paste.

It forms the basis from which the golden milk is made. Since you only need about a teaspoon of the paste per drink, it is best to store the mixture in a closed bowl in the refrigerator for up to a week.
