Tip: blackhead remover
There is a whole range of ways to combat impurities. In any case, it must be a solution that helps to open the pores. Only then can the sebum drain away.
In this way, you take away the breeding ground for subterranean pimples in advance.
Personally, a blackhead remover helps me very well. With the help of a light vacuum, blackheads and sebum are sucked out of the skin. And completely painless.
Fortunately, the redness goes away very quickly. I recommend a blackhead remover, which I use myself. Here you can choose from 5 suction strengths and several attachments and simply suck away blackheads.

This is because it is classified as comedogenic, meaning it clogs pores.
But this is exactly where experts disagree strongly. A study from Greece (2006) found that products classified as comedogenic do not aggravate pimples.
You have to distinguish between theory and practice. Comedogenic ingredients are always tested in very high doses. Much higher than they are ultimately used.

Make sure you don't use an oily cream that will clog your pores again.
Because I have blemished skin myself, I know how you feel. I have not found a cream that meets my expectations 100%ig. Every time clog pores anew.
I recently started using a tonic spray instead of a cream. It absorbs quickly and is much lighter than creams. I currently have this Face spray against impure skin in use and am very satisfied with it. Give it a try, it's not expensive and definitely worth a try!
Sugar for face scrub with coconut oil
If you want to make your own facial scrub, you need an ingredient that removes dead skin flakes. The best way to do this is with a "scratchy" ingredient. Most often, salt, sugar or coffee powder is used for this purpose.
Only then does this natural cosmetic get its exfoliating effect.
Sugar contains glycolic acid. It makes the skin supple and helps against dehydration. If the skin is very sensitive, sugar peeling can make it red for a short time. However, the skin quickly calms down again.
You can choose between brown, white or raw sugar. Each type has its advantages. You can choose freely.
White sugar has a strong exfoliating effect. However, the care effect is less.
Cane sugar is coarse and more suitable for elbows, heels and feet. It is too grainy for sensitive facial skin.
Brown sugar combines the advantages of raw and white sugar. It is fine-grained and contains moisture. Brown sugar is optimal for making your own facial scrub.
Clay in scrub for face
We also put a little red clay in the scrub. It is a boon for impure skin in particular. Like a little sponge, it sucks bacteria and fats out of the skin.
The pores are cleaned and the skin is deeply cleansed. In addition, the powder provides a pretty color :)
