Burpees are a combination exercise for almost all areas of the body. They are very effective and exhausting

What is special about Burpees

There are few home exercises that engage the body more than burpees. This combination exercise makes you feel muscles in your body that you probably didn't even know you had.

Sounds hard, doesn't it? It is! That's why I don't recommend this exercise to beginners. If you have no condition and no muscles, you will despair and give up very quickly with this exercise. But I do not want to scare you :)

But I'll be honest with you: The first burpees are very difficult. Probably more strenuous than anything you've done before.

The good and positive thing about it is that after a while it gets much better and you can do many more rounds. After a short time you will notice that you have a lot of muscle soreness and that the first muscles become noticeable, especially in the legs and upper arms.

Burpees: workout for the whole body

You stand loosely and upright. Now you squat down in a swinging motion. Now support your body with your palms and bring your legs into push-up position. Now tighten your legs again.

From the squat position, jump up, do a stretch jump and then return to the starting position. Repeat this as often as possible at first - later you should be able to do three rounds of ten repetitions each.
