Instruction
Preheat your oven to 170° convection. Alternatively: 180° upper-lower heat.
Mix all the ingredients with a blender to a dough. Except for the berries. Add the currants to the batter with a spoon.
Pour the batter into the heart-shaped pan and bake for about 25 minutes. Do the stick test to see if the cake is ready.
The topping
Heat the honey so that it becomes liquid.
Mix curd, honey and lemon zest with a blender.
Spread half of the topping on the cake. Mix the other half with fruit and divide the cake crosswise. Fill the cake and finally apply the topping.
Decorate the cake with a few fresh berries
