Instruction
Wash the asparagus and remove the dry ends.
400 g green asparagus
Cut the asparagus into small pieces.
Put it in a bowl with olive oil, parmesan cheese, walnuts, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

2 cloves of garlic,
50 ml olive oil,

Finely puree the ingredients with a hand blender until a creamy mixture is formed.
