Instruction
Mix the milk and eggs with a whisk. Add the natural yogurt.
Mix flour and baking powder and fold into the egg-milk-yogurt mixture. Finally, add the cinnamon.
Using a ladle, add the batter to the hot pan. Fry the healthy pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
It looks especially nice when you arrange the pancakes with yogurt and stack them on top of each other. Fresh fruit goes perfectly with them!
