Clean the celery and leek and cut them into slices.

Quarter the peppers, seed them and cut them into strips.

Remove the stalk of the cabbage and cut it into strips.

Pour the vegetable stock into a pan and bring the tomatoes and the remaining ingredients to the boil.

Let the cabbage soup simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. The smaller and finer you cut the cabbage, the faster the soup will be ready. Arrange and eat :)
Tip: If white cabbage gives you a bloated stomach, you can add caraway seeds to the soup. Caraway ensures that flatulence does not occur in the first place.
