Instruction
Scramble the eggs with the curd until smooth.
2 eggs,
180 g curd
Gradually add the remaining ingredients and knead them into a dough. Let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
70 g coconut flour,
10 g birch sugar,
40 g vanilla protein powder,
1/2 pck. baking powder,
1 pinch salt
Form small balls with wet hands.
Pour frying oil in a small saucepan about 4-5 cm high and heat slowly.
Place the balls in the pot in batches and fry them evenly on both sides. When the curd balls are golden brown, you can remove them from the pot.
Blot the fat with kitchen roll and let them cool.
Sprinkle with sugar and serve the curd balls while they are lukewarm.
