If you've always wanted to bake a reindeer, you've come to the right place. This dough for low carb cookie cutter is super easy to copy and can be made into many different shapes.
Scrape out the vanilla bean and put the pulp in a bowl with the other ingredients.
1/2 vanilla bean
Mix the ingredients with the blender.
100 g almond paste white, 80 g almond flour, 25 g xylitol, 1 pinch salt
Put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 170°.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin. Attention: Not too thin!
Now it's time to cut out the cookies. If you want to bake reindeer cookies, you only need a large round mold. Alternatively, it should also work with a drinking glass.
The Rudolfs need about 10 minutes in the oven. Let them cool properly before decorating them.
