Dissolve the yeast in warm water and stir until well dissolved. Mix the chickpea flour, flaxseed, salt and almond flour.
Add half a tablespoon of olive oil to the yeast. And now the flour.
Cover the dough with a cloth and put it in a warm place. Preferably on the heater, so the yeast can rise in peace. Let the dough rise for at least half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°. Roll out the dough very thin and then it's in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
When the pizza is ready, take it out of the oven and top it.
