Wash the vegetables. Cut the feta and vegetables into small pieces.
1 bell pepper yellow, 1 bell pepper red, 1 zucchini, 1 eggplant, 150 g mushrooms, 1 tomato, 300 g feta
Put the low carb vegetables and cheese in a bowl. Drizzle both with a little olive oil. Add salt, pepper and chopped rosemary. Put them in a baking dish or on a baking tray.

After 20 minutes at the latest, your Mediterranean oven vegetables are ready.
It goes well with a dip of sour cream, garlic, salt and herbs - and if you like, you can also slice cucumber into thin strips and add it to the dip.
