Instruction
Chop the onion and garlic. Sweat them in a pot with olive oil.

Meanwhile, peel and dice the carrot. Put it in the pot and sweat it briefly. Peel and dice the potatoes - put them aside.

Pour off the jackfruit.

Add the paprika powder to the saucepan. Deglaze the onions with red wine. Stir in tomato paste.

Add the jackfruit, carrots and potatoes to the pot. Add the caraway seeds. Pour in vegetable broth.

Simmer gently for 20 minutes. Do not forget to stir! If you wish, you can thicken the goulash with cornstarch. Add salt and pepper as needed.
